November 2017 update: some things have changed since the last time I posted here. My sons are grown men, 32 and 30. Koby has been married for nearly six years, and lives in Wichita. Major Change in my life would be that 5 years ago, my sister Lucille of ‘67 returned to live in Winfield after 40ish years in Wichita. We made a decision to buy a home together to help take care of our mom. It was a challenge to move three old widows into the same house! We now live across from Whittier Elementary. I am still working. Like most of us, I’ve had some health challenges the last couple years, but am doing better now. My son John has been a major blessing in my life, helping to take care of my mom and sister (and me.) Class of 67 had a great 50th reunion, and am greatly looking forward to our’s next September.
